This was my first Revell of Germany kit, and I am very impressed. The amount of detail in the cockpit, in the wheel wells and on the landing gear is outstanding. Panel lines are scribed over the entire surface. Fit of parts is pretty good, the only ones that I noticed being not perfect were the two intake naucels. The kit has a nice weapons load, with up to six air to air missiles and 6 laser guided bombs. There are options for either IR or radar homing tips on four of the missiles. Decals were very nicely done. While the model itself is highly recommended, I wish Revell of Germany would package the kits in a tray and lid style box, instead of the one piece box that opens at the ends. A small complaint, but it makes it much easier to store parts during the construction. I would highly recommend this kit, and I have already purchased several other Revell of Germany kits based on my satisfaction with this kit.
