Tamiya's Sd.Kfx.231 is an interesting early WWII 10 wheeled German armored car. The kit itself is not too difficult, but gives lots of detail and options. There are many hatches that can be posed open or closed. I left the turret top hatches open, but closed all the others. The fit of these hatches was a little sloppy, and I needed to use some water based putty to fill in the gaps. There are a handful of ejector pin marks that need filling as well, but nothing to difficult. The only internal detail is the breach end of the 20mm cannon (with a turned metal barrel) and the machine gun in the turret. The detail underneath includes decent suspension, exhaust pipes, and movable front wheels. The kit comes with a single commander figure in a relaxed pose. You get three choices of head gear for the figure. There are only a small number of decals for the choice of two vehicles, and they went down nicely with a bit of decal solvent. Since this is an early war vehicle, the only paint option is German Grey. Overall, I'm very happy with the results of this simple build.
