This simple little product was easy to install and looks great. The center piece fits between the rail nails and the outside pieces should abut the outside of the rails. My layout uses code 80 track, but a few minutes with some sand paper and this crossing intended for code 100 track fit just fine. Make sure you have the correct radius to fit your track.
