The great surprise with this kit was not how easy it was to build or how little painting was necessary. The great surprise was that there were two buildings in the kit--mirror images. That is an outstanding value. As always, American Model Builders' Laser Kits come with excellent instructions and precision cut pieces which fit perfectly. I highly recommend this kit.
