I have to admit: I don't like acrylic model paint. I decided to try this gold on the master cylinders of my Chevy model cars. I does work very well. I spray all my model parts with primer, so that is the only way I've tried it. I paint it over flat black primer, then use a bit of black Panel Line Accenter over the gold. It tones it down and give a little more dimension to the power boost part of the cylinder. I don't know how well it works over bare plastic so I will keep using it over primer. The point is that is converted me to use an acrylic paint.
