What i love most about the AMT flatbed kit is that the painting options are endless, and therefore I'm trying to stock up on them now because they go great with just about any tractor. By Gary Tanck

This is a modified version of the bulk head. The model comes with a nearly flat strip of plastic. I think the original designers just wanted to go watch the Packer Game that day and cheaped-out, but the scratch-building projects are endless and as complicated as you want to get. Maybe add a generato

These Fruehaufs come with a rather wimpy looking rear deck so i decided to built it up a little with a strip of styrene plastic (HobbyLinc sells it i heard) and i created a bracing plate and box it in. I use the Testors 'black glue' made for this type of styrene; runs a line like a weld.

Another angle of the back of my latest "beefed-up" Fruehauf. I cut the lights out and added some clear-red taillight lenses to.

Built by Gary Tanck That the painting options are endless on these Fruehaufs, and with so many parts it's easy to create multi-colored paint schemes. Very good quality kit and fairly easy to build.
