For out annual Christmas Train Layout. I made a bakery version and named it after the newest addition to our family. I made the signs in Photoshop but the kit comes with some nice signs, as well.

I sued maple stain for the flooring and a black wash on the support wood.

Walls were painted before assembly.

If you use water-based paint, apply light coats. The walls warp easily, as I found out! Luckily, they flatten out if you weigh them down.
