I love AMB laserkits because the parts are so precisely cut that they always fit flawlessly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. This was a fairly simple build with the exception of the tiny cornice pieces. I managed to lose 2 of them in my carpeting, but AMB quickly replaced them on request. The shingles were very nice and not oversized as is the case in many N scale structures. Since there is no raised loading dock, be sure to purchase a forklift or two if you want to be able to unload box cars.
