I was 10ish when the Big Daddy Rat Fink craze happened and loved it. I didn't own any of the kits back then as finances were limited but really like all the Rat Fink creations. When I saw this kit in my 60s I knew I had to do one. It is just a cool kit if you were into Rat Fink and Big Daddy Ed Roth's creations. It is a repop of the classic so not near the kit quality of present day kits but still fun to build and can be made into a quality kit with a big of extra effort. I went for a combination of realistic and wild painting and I think he turned out great. If you like Rat Fink items grab it and hit the bench without the sand.

I fondly remember the Rat Fink crazy of the '60s and the great model kits Revell made. So when this became available again I grabbed one. It is typical of '60s kits in quality and acceptable and goes together reasonably well. I really didn't have to do extreme work to get rid of the seams or gaps which surprised me a bit. I've done other Rat Fink kits and it was similar. It is the subject I like the most and I think it turned our pretty good and is great on my selves with his Rat Fink buddies. I recommend it to fans of Rat Fink modeling.
