Nicely detailed kit of the early P-40
I bought aftermarket decals for the pre-war USAAC roundels and scrounged my decal spares for the needed markings to make this a Pearl Harbor defender. The kit needs scratch built landing gear doors. The canopy also needed a bit of filing in order to fit properly. The instructions are not clear, but if you want to build the P-40B, leave off the drop tank and fill in the mounting holes.
