BELIEVE IT
Believe it! There is actually a thread 1/100 of a millimeter in diameter about the size of a fuzzy fiber & nearly invisible. The scales they mention for it's use are 1/48 & 1/72 which are aircraft scales yet this thread is 30 times smaller than the smallest thread called for for a 1/200 model sail ship which is 0.3mm. The quantity is miniscule to say the least for all practical purposes & will find it's way to the bottom of my thread drawer. I would not recommend for a sail ship but it is EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. BELIEVE IT!
