Versatile
I guess this is meant for some wand of sorts, but I cut for my use. It is slightly stiff and mildly abrasive. It accepts and holds cleaning fluids well. It can also be used to wipe excess fluids like a sponge. I have cut some to fit my Lionel HO Track Cleaner. I silicon-ed it to the bottom of the Wiper Pad Attachment and weighted it slightly with shot pellets. Also replaced rotating pads with the small Dremel type Buffer Wheels. See pics.
