Blower (supercharger detailing kit) from Detail Master
I build drag racing models 1/25 scale of the real sized race car and to me just building kit parts by following directions is just doing the basics. I add complete fuel systems, ignition wires, full decals inside and out and build hardware pieces the best I can. This is where the blower hardware kit comes in perfectly. Different size accelerator connectors, belt protectors, restraint tie-down pieces and such are all included. This technique is called P/E or photo etching done on a computer and cut into the tiny, thin metal sheets of parts to be separated and used with super glue and toothpicks.
While some may consider this way beyond necessary for realism, I enjoy the challenge and the parts are top notch.
