Since i was stationed aboard the USS CHICAGO CG-11 in Vietnam, I do know our bridge had windows on two decks. Therefore, why did they leave these window openings out of the model nor did they give a good explanation of how to cut the windows out and look really good?

I got well into this model before realizing that no hardware or parts for the detailed front windows was included. The foil for the cut water is too thin. For another $.50-$1.00 of production cost they'd have a happy customer. Not again.
