Good for LIGHT Rockets
This motor has a 5 second delay so be very careful using it on single-stage rockets. It works well if you have a rocket like my Estes Yankee and you want to keep it in a small field. For a second stage of a 2-stage rocket it works well if you want to keep your 2-stage flights in a small area (such as a soccer field).
