Worth every cent
While not up to the artistic detail of Perry, or even Victrix, these figures by Hat get the job done. They do not have as many fiddly bits as the other manufacturers, making them far, far easier to assemble. The detail is adequate and they paint up well. And they are probably among the cheapest 28mm figures out there. I can assemble three 28mm battalions of 24 figures each for under 15 each.
