My Friend the WW2 Tankers Tank
I built this kit for an old gentleman down the street I was friends with. I gave it to him for his 90th birthday a few years back and he has since passed away. He was the gunner in one of these near the end of WW2 and was captured by the Germans but treated kindly since it was near the end of the war. I don't normally build kits of tanks but did this one and all I can say with that little bit of experience is it seemed like a decent kit. It fit nicely and the moldings were clean and sharp. It also included some PE parts to make it look better. He was very happy when he opened the box at his party.
A really nice kit....but
This was really nice. Great fit, no flash. But, no where in the description does it say anything about Photo Etched parts. And, there are NO plastic parts in case you're not PE friendly. (like me) Overall it is a very good kit.
Good little kit.
Excellent instructions and sprues are flash free with very little clean up.
