Quick build
By: fosk
This is one of Hobby Boss’s “quick build” kits. The fuselage is 1 piece as are the wings. You just glue the 2 pieces together and you’re 90% complete. The kit comes with 2 gray sprues and 1 sprue for the clear part and the wing and fuselage parts. Detail is nice with engraved panel lines. Another nice touch is that most seams lines match up with panel lines so no need to fill most of them. You will need ALOT of weight in the nose to stop it from sitting on its tail. The instructions make no mention of this. Save yourself a trip to the insane asylum and pick up the canopy mask set. Unfortunately Eduard doesn’t do one, but there is a company called Pmask that does one. I found it on EBay (item PK72009). Overall, a nice build with decent detail. Would recommend it.
Neat kit!
My first Hobby Boss kit. Bought it here. It was an easy and enjoyable kit to put together. Had no issues at all, flash or fit. Surprised and pleased with it's heft. Put a little weight in the nose though it probably did not need it. Sprayed with Tamiya acrylics. Decals went on nicely. Added a clear coat to finish it off. Hobby Boss did a nice job on this kit. I can recommend this kit.
Simple
Like most hobby boss models there is little detale but is good plane for the first timer. The parts fit well the inst sheet is good as is paint guide. The suprise is comes with dcale for only one plane. The norm is for two the landing gear can with a little work can shown up or down. In is simple plane.
Do 335
For 1/72, the scale is well detailed except in the cockpit. That shouldn't be a problem. The rarity of this craft and the quality of the model, makes it a treat
