HobbyBoss produces nice armored car kits. Instead of solid plastic wheels/tires as found on most armored car kits, theirs have separate actual rubber tires that fit over the plastic wheels. The BA-3 was an early production type/design that used no radio, so a builder doesn't have such to worry about. However, the units were equipped with sets of tread-like links that could be installed over the rearmost tire stations, converting it into a type of half-track fashion for better off-road performance, normally stored/carried on the rear mud guards. This might be a nice addition feature for any updated version of the kit. Overall, the kit is of good quality and is nicely detailed, and I would recommend it to others.
