Reviews : Hasegawa F/A-18F Super Hornet

This was a fun kit to build. I did not have any trouble at all with it. I decided that I had done enough aircraft in grey so I used WWII colors for this kit. Dark blue for the top surfaces, medium blue for the sides and grey for the bottom surfaces. I was a lot of fun doing that. One of the best I have done. I recommend this kit.

This is the best 1/72 F/A-18F ever! It comes with unbelievable surface detail and a great selection of weapons! You also have a decal sheet which lets you pick either 2 of the most well recognized Super Hornet squadrons, the Bounty Hunters and the Diamondbacks! It's in the $20 range, but well worth it!

Great kit, the wings are hard to fit but other than that it's solid overall. Personally, I decided to remove all the *amazing* selections of weapons and make it look like the blue angels livery. But the standard decals that it comes with are great as well.

I absolutely loved putting this kit together. It is a wonderful addition to my 1/72 collection. All the pieces fit wonderfully. I would highly recommend this kit to everyone!
