Reviews : Life-Like 5th Precinct Police Station Kit

This was the first building I have put together for my N scale layout. Assembly was easy and everything went together nice and smooth and fit tight. The kit looks decent straight out of the box but with just a little bit of detail work and imagination it can really be brought to life. After doing this one I fully intend on adding more Life Like kits to my layout. I posted pictures of the completed kit both before and after weathering and detailing. I will update with additional pictures once I have it on the layout.

By far the easiest to put together, still some minor gaps in the corner but that is due in my inexperience. This model is molded well simple instructions and the pieces snap together enough to give you that third hand to hold while your glue sets, Only drawback is the 4 bars for the back window, they are very fragile and impossible to place even with tweezers so I scrapped mine, Another tip, get some lighted jewelers glasses really helps

this is a nice well made kit. all part's are crisp and clear with no flash. easy assembly and fine detail make's for a good looking building for your layout and a must for any town scene. the bail bonding office is a nice touch also. great kit for the price. highly recommend. also got the hotel and fire station to go along with it.

If you have a municipal section to your layout, then this is a must have building. Nestled next to my Court house this building completes my city government section of the layout. It doesn't overpower the section but fits in nicely with the scheme.

This kit is a little tricky to assemble but if you take your time the finished product is very nice. Very detailed building from top to bottom. Nice addition to any N Scale layout.
