Used to replace missing chrome trim on the hood of an AMT 1940 Ford sedan kit.
This .010 x .040 strip styrene matched the width and thickness of the AMT 1940 Ford kit chrome body trim. A little patient scribing and sanding (to taper it) made the strip look similar to what was missing from the sides of the kit hood. The strip was then was applied to the hood with liquid cement and will be chrome foiled.
