Open to your artistic interpretation
This is another whimsical Preiser figurine with exquisite molding and paint. I'm not sure exactly what Preiser has going on with this figurine - perhaps that's best left up to our individual artistic interpretation ! She impresses me as a street performer and I feel compelled to find an HO scale dollar or two to toss into her little black hat!
