Initially I was reluctant to buy this kit. I had been told there were figment issues. I should not have listen. I had very few issues with this kit. Upon getting this kit I knew I wanted to build a Bullitt Mustang replica. Luckily this kit has the correct grill as well as the single straight exhaust tips and the thrust mag wheels. The engine assembled very easily as well as the interior. The body pieces attached easily to the body( I should have attached them before I painted it). Overall this kit was an easy and fun build. The decal sheet is very nice but I only used the gauge decals and the marker lights decals. I was hoping for a 390 cubic inches decal for the engine but I think this kit has the 428 but that was no problem. In a scale of 1 to 10, I give this kit a 9.5. I highly recommend this kit. It would be a good kit to step up from snap kits.

Build this model, it is a great kit! All the usual problems are minimal. The kit provides 4 screws to attach body to the chassis, I elected to not use them as they are really not necessary. For realism I filled in the holes in the gas tank for the 2 back screws. The decals are a good quality, but take your time applying the side and rear deck stripes (I used the white ones). Follow all the correct techniques for applying decals and use a decal set once in place. I painted the body Tamiya Italian Red with T13 clear coat. With the white stripes and it came out looking great.

Was a Fun Build, some very minor fit issues, loved the way glass went in, a snap and interior bucket screwed in place didn't have to fool with glueing glass. Front and back body pieces fit well. I do agree with others the hood doesn't work right with hinges, I just cut off pins still opens and if find right spot stays open. I'd do another again, just to change colors etc?

I LOVE Revell products, their price's are great They most of the time go together well, some minor problems. I have built about 6, even my favorite of all time, The 'Bullitt Mustang'. You are able to find Bullitt Highland Green for your reproduction, plus it takes some research. All of that combined makes for a wonderful Build.

Got a few options not any major fitment problems. I built mine to mimic the bullet car as many do with this kit. Comes with 3 different types of wheels and 2 types of engines. Many decals to choose from. I personally want another one to build stock. Anyway you go is enjoyable and fun. Highly recommended

I built this car as the Mustang in Bullet. All the parts are there to do so. I'm not a Mustang fan, but this car built up nice. Some minor fitment issues, but nothing that can't be overcome easily. Comes with the decal for the TASCA mustang for those who want to make the Super Stock version.

Kinda disappointed at the lack of detail with this kit. Most revell kits have better detail. I wasn't at all impressed with the engine detail or the chassis detail. The interior and body were okay. All in all, just and average kit in my opinion. It would be okay for a beginner.

close to completion glueing tires on there is a fit issue in the engine bay doesnt go flush with top of hood usually dont put the hood on and the wheels the two rods didnt use those there to long glued the wheels to the bosses can b a head ache for beginners

If one has the wish to build a Bullitt diorama or just Steve McQueens car, this is the model kit. Get Tamiya Medium Green paint and it will be perfect.

I had the same problem with the engine sitting so high I couldn't close the hood,I had problems with the wheels also other wise this is a nice kit

This is a Great Kit !! Easy to put together, Loads of options, I did mine as a street sleeper all race inside with a stock outside.

Built as a bullitt mustang for my son was a good kit . Everything went together just fine made a fun kit to build.

Very nice kit to build. Lots of tiny parts to detail. Need to be sure sanded parts are stored in plastic bags.

excellent model...easy instructions to follow...some parts needed trimmed to fit but that is expected

This is a good kit with several custom options. Kit went together well with very little flash.

Nice kit! The side decals gave me a little trouble but it was more from my inexperience.
