Basic Kit
Recently I bought five Smalltown USA models (Vivian’s Family Shoe Store, Helen’s Country Kitchen, Kevin’s Toy Store, Rusty’s Graphic Arts, and Marcee’s) kits. The Kevin’s Toy Store is my favorite because of the upper porch and full windows lower front. The inspection of the kit, revealed virtually no molding flash, all the parts where straight, and accounted for. Not easily customized due to the windows, window ledges, and door molded into the walls. No glass doors or windows included; replaced with simple photos of the building signage and windows blanks. One of the major benefits of this kit to me is the wall thickness; you could install a light inside the building and not see the light thru the walls.
