This is a very nice super car to add to your collection I love this kit so much though I am not a huge super car guy it is always nice to add a super car or two to a car show diorama this kit was so much fun to build I have to pick up another one the details in this kit were awesome and defiantly worthy to pick up 5 out of 5 stars for sure for this kit I may buy a lot of super cars like this one and build a junkyard diorama in Dubai it would be really different to the other dioramas I have PROS: Nice casting, fun to build, detailed, CONS: I have yet to find an issue with this kit. If you are looking for a good super car kit or just want to build one you should consider picking this one up

The 96 911 GT2 is already a modern day classic, but this Tamiya kit really brings those aspects to life. The kit uses the same body as the racing version, and it has many of the parts from the racing version included. This allows the builder to add little Easter eggs to the build, such as an over-sized spoiler, a front towing hook, option of a racing steering wheel and many more extras. The kit didn’t require much engine work, but the detailing of the engine was fantastic. The Porsche rims are incredible and allow the builder to really customize the color scheme. This project is a must for any builder.

Just got this kit and I highly recommend. The detail in this build is vast and the options are limitless. I went with a gloss black that looks wet for the road while looking ready for the track. I plan on buying one or two more of these kits and customizing them many ways. Many pieces that equate to a fun build.

Clean and easy model. Pros:An excellent beginner model, with easy to follow directions. Fit and finish excellent as always with Tamiya Cons: lacks in any type of engine detail Quite a few unused parts, with what looked like a different type spoiler...not shown in the directions.

This one is meant to be a racecar, disguised as a street car! Only performance, nothing extra in this car, it has made a strict diet! And tamiya did represent that very well. A nice one, again. Even if the hood is not possible to open...
