Reviews : Tamiya German Tank Crew Soldiers At Rest

For the Tamiya Tank Crew at Rest to be more realistic I switched some arms and legs around and placed the figures in and on different German tanks and other armored vehicles. I was impressed by the detailing of the figures in-spite of being older and less popular than the newer figures out today. With a great deal of uniform accuracy noted I carefully painted the collars and lapels of each to try to get as close as I could to realism. By swapping arms and legs between 2-3 of the figures as I usually do I wound up with more or less a represented tank crew.

This one of Tamiya's newer figure sets, so it has great detail. I love the little birds that come with it! They are very useful! Most German tanks only had a crew of 5, so you end up with an extra crew figure. This set really adds a lot to any German tank and I can highly recommend this kit!

I am impressed with this kit. The realism and detail are wonderful. This will help me to get one step closer to finishing the diorama I am currently planning and building.

Adding these figures to the German tanks make the tank stand out even more then normal. The detail on these figures is great for the tank crew. The parts are just fine.

Perfect set of German tank crewmen taking a break. These figures are not hard to paint at all. And fit well with German vehicles from the beginning to the end of WWII

This kit has great detail, goes together well and the figures have real poses they are perfect for the diorama I am building. Again another fine product from Tamiya.

This kit is typical for the brand. The figures built out easily with little to no flash to deal with. I swapped heads around. Works great for a current diagram.

This a really fun and entertaining group of figures to work with and a pleasure to paint. I'd highly recommend this group of figures to everyone.

Tamiya quality in the molding and diverse posing on the figures is a welcome addition to any diorama or display, whether with an armor model or not.

Details are amazing for this product. Maybe they should add legs for one of the crewmen, but its still nice kit and very detailed one.

While the detail isn’t quite as nice as some newer kit, this set makes up for that with interesting poses and a nice price! :)

BEAUTIFUL SET. GREAT DETAIL. NATURAL POSES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND TO ANYONE WHO COLLECTS FIGURES.
