Not finished but enjoying the build
I have built two of the F4F Wildcat kits and this is really no different than that kit with a few modifications IE some of the rivets are recessed as opposed to raised but not all of them and there are appropriately only two guns per wing instead of 3. The fit is the same as the F4F and there is just a bit of flash on some parts. It also includes canopy masks but I sure wish when Tamiya did this they would pre-cut them instead of having to cut them out myself. I am doing the U.S. version that represents the men that had to fly off carriers in the North Atlantic. I may end up getting another to build the Marlet Mk.V version too. I recommend this for anyone looking for an easy quick build as there is not that much to it.
