Poorly executed
Yes, despite giving it only two stars, I recommend it. If you, like me, want the benefit of a thinner barrel, there isn’t another option. Unfortunately, I need to buy my third one… in just over a year. The problem is the brass used for the collet-like bit gripping mechanism is so soft that the smallest bit it can handle slowly goes from 0.1 mm to 0.5. On top of that, neither of the two I own put the bit on center, so there’s a noticeable-but-manageable wobble. Words fail me.
On the positive side, I can easily get 2.25 revolutions per spin, and if needed, 2.5, which I find very useful. Using the next thinnest Tamiya pin vise, I can only get 1.5 max. And with the next one up, only 1.0. This is the reason that pretty soon I’ll beak down and buy yet another one.
