These Weathering Master Sets are an excellent way to add wear-and-tear detail to your models. The brush tip on the applicator is great for using all over your model, it will leave the powder on raised areas to replicate either a build-up of dirt or wearing away of paint. The sponge tip on the applicator works for adding streaks of whichever color of the set you choose. The red and blue powders in this set are good for adding heat stains to the exhausts of cars or motorcycles.

Nice weathering set. Easy to use. Foam tip makes realistic streaks better than anything I've used. Great for exhaust, oil and gun stains. The brush can be a little harder to pick up and distribute the powder. Seems to be oil based but can be used over anything. Easy to remove and reapply when fresh if the effect isn't quite what you want. Let dry overnight and it becomes harder. Use clear to permanently seal it.

These are great to use. Here's a tip that I've found out that works for me. Take a #8 paint brush or whatever you like dip the tip in water just enough for it to be wet then use it on whatever pastels you want. Next on the model. My sponge was wore out and I thought I'll give this a try. Man it worked better. You get more effect this way

This is a very easy to use pastel set that gives great results. The pastels are slightly moist and will stay on the model as you apply them. After you let them set overnight, they will dry and you can handle the model without leaving finger prints.

Another great weathering set for my tool box. Love these for adding depth and detail to my kits.

Have not used this type for weathering cannot wait to use for the first time.
