First F100 Review
Another great Trumpeter model. There are a lot of decal options. Thunderbirds, polished aluminum early model paint schemes and the camouflage schemes.
The sprues as usual are very thick and you need to use snips to remove pieces. The plastic is very strong and the pieces are thick and strong.
There are options for the dual Sidewinder Inboard Pylons on Port and Stbd side or other ordnance.
The back half comes off to reveal an extremely detailed engine.
very impressed
like any other kit, this had some problems here and there, mostly with fit. it was really hard to hide seams with the amount of surface detail trumpeter put in the kit. the intake is inaccurate, but the aftermarket has that covered. it is definitely a big plane that looked great when done in nmf. would recommend.
Solid model
The model is well made and goes together with little fitting problems. I am using some after market decals for this aircraft.

This kit is worth the time and money! The detail is excellent and there were no problems in construction
