Fun kit
Very enjoyable kit. Trumpeter makes great kits. Excellent parts fit. Very nice detail. Engine is a kit in itself although most of it will be invisible once everything is closed up. Engine will need to be moved forward about 3/16 to avoid prop hitting cowl. I spaced the engine forward 1/16 with styrene and made an 1/8 prop spacer. Spacing engine more than that will cause exhaust to be inset too far. No filler needed except around gear doors if modeling in retracted position and then only minor. Builds into a great aircraft with plenty of detail if you want to display it opened up. If you enjoy Grumman cats this is a must have. Take your time and enjoy.
