Reviews : Trumpeter British 155mm AS90 Self-Propelled Howitzer

This S/P Howitzer Looks Similar to the U.S. Army's M109 A6 PALADIN!! But there are subtle Differences!! The Pieces Are Well Molded, Lots of Surface Detail! Saw 0 Flash, everything is on Sprues & in Sealed Bags!! Instructions look easy enough, This Kit Looks like a challenge , what with a two piece Barrel, and the Painting & Detailing will/could be quite extensive!! This Kit was $23.59 and it was WELL WORTH THAT PRICE!! I believe this kit will take between a week & 1/2 & 3 weeks to build, maybe more depending on how much I want to customize it and detail it!! Paint will be a process that takes as Long as it takes!! It is a good sized kit and WILL TAKE SOME TIME!! ENJOY IT!! I AM!! hahaha, I Definitely RECOMMEND THIS KIT!!! 4 thumbs up!!

Upon opening this model, I noticed that it was similar to the M109 Paladin. There was no flashing of any kind and the instructions were easy to read and follow. As soon as I finish the Paladin, I'm going to start on this British Beauty!

Very nice kit, although one of Trumpeter's older offerings it still has plenty of detail albeit the kit's age is showing. The decals were old and somewhat difficult to work with. Assembly is simple and straightforward.
