These characters look great. I have a little area below a train bridge that is perfect for a little hobo setting. I found it is easier to set these up on a small piece of cardboard, let the glue dry, and then place the group as a whole in the desired location.

pre painted, not that they'd win a contest, but painted good enough i'm not going to mess with them. well worth the price.
