Figures are very versitile
Although I did not need any rail workers for my saw mill diorama, these figures were very adaptable. I used the hand cart to deliver supplies, while the man with the crow bar is moving/holding logs. I removed the sledge hammer from one figure and replaced it with a logging pike from my saw mill kit. The man with the shovel was placed by the steam engine's boiler to remove ashes. Finally I replaced the supplied railroad tie with a raw plank from the saw mill and placed it on the shoulder of the last figure. I can also picture all of these figures on a loading dock or a farm. This set is so versatile, you may need to buy more than one. I highly recommend it.

the hand car is actually a kit, no big deal, just glue the hand operated part and the man on. 2 of the figures almost don't have faces though. I think a little touch up paint work will take care of that.
other wise, pretty decent.
