I built this for the Longmont, CO library's layout. I think the finished product looks nice, but handling pewter is problematic. Hand washing is mandatory. You must also wash the pieces after trimming. There was a lot of flash in my kit. All pieces must be primed. You should use spray enamel or you risk obliterating the details in the pieces. The directions were fine. I guess the main thing I didn't like about the finished product was that the tree branches were too thick in my opinion.

I really enjoyed building this kit it was fun.I placed the tree house on my farm house property.The pro's are the kit looks great the con's are I would have liked to have a couple of more children playing especially one child climbing up the the tree.I would liked to have known that there weren't a lot of pieces in the kit.

This is a great addition to any rural home, backyards are always a good place for treehouses. I followed directions, painted accordingly and will add more kids. Have fun !
