1/2 the price of the pre-built version it's very easy to paint and assemble. I made mine into a Dog n Suds with a lighted sign on the canopy using leds as well as lighting under the canopy, and replaced the molded street lights with working ones. It would be nice if they had canopy extension add-on so you could double the parking.
