Easy to build and looks great

I have MS which affects my fine motor skills. Doing detail work, or really anything that requires a steady hand, is a challenge for me. I like models that are a step above idiot-proof. This addition to my layout fit that to a T. It has several cosmetic options available to allow some customization. It has ample spare parts like window cases, window glass, doors, and small detail parts, something that's almost unheard of in my experience. It was fairly easy to paint, something I appreciated.
It's a nice, robust size, and it has nice detail to the stonework. It has a generic enough that it can be used in almost any configuration you can imagine. I'm using it as a New England shoe factory of the kind my parents worked in the 60s and 70s.
The only negative comes from the sprue. While much better than most, the parts on the sprue were at times scattered around in no apparent pattern except to make everything fit. A better, clearer numbering system would also be a welcome improvement. All in all, I highly recommend this.
Great Project

I brought this kit a few of weeks ago. After opening the kit to inspect, there was virtually no molding flash, all the parts where straight, and accounted for. The entire outer walls were molded in a light sandy gray color, which required the brick areas to be printed. The kit took paint well and the printed brick areas really made the building stand out. This kit also came with a variety of roof accessory and building signs. This was a great project that allowed me to add my own personal touch.
A well made kit
I brought this kit about a week ago. After opening the kit and laying out all of the parts to make sure all the parts are there I saw that there was very little molding flash, and the parts where all straight, none where warped. The kit is taking paint very well. Over all this is a very nice model.
