Fast build
This is a beautiful Cape Cod home. There is an easy-to-follow instruction sheet. There are 3 fronts to choose from. Read the instructions first and then start working. This project did not need much painting – I only painted the shutters and attic windows black. I cut the pieces apart and sanded them. Then, I laid each piece on the paper with corresponding numbers to make my assembly easier. It takes no time to put this model together, and this home is very nice and it looks good on the platform.
