Makes Quick Work Of Resin Sprues
I bought this set to cut through the thick bases/ sprues on resin pieces. I am not disappointed. Solid product from X-ACTO with two cutting blade options and a comfortable grip. Highly recommended for those working with resin parts/accessories. I don't see why it wouldn't work with styrene shapes (beams, angles, etc.) or even soft wood.
Precision razor saw Set
A must have any hobbyist. Easy install of blades. Works great for any small/precision cutting. Well, well worth the price. Very handy for any sawing uses. Easy to handle.
Great for canopies
I got this because I read that it helped prevent stress marks on clear canopies when cutting them from the sprue. It works exactly as described. Highly recommended.

These X-acto saws are my favorite because you can change the blades easily. They are sharp enough to cut aluminum tubing, but will dull.

Wish I had this year's ago. Great for scratch building and modification of parts. You will not be disappointed.
